so spake

Here is a question for you: In Acts 14:1 it says that they so spake that a great multitude believed.

How did they so speak?

I would assume that it was speaking

with the power of the Holy Spirit
with boldness
with clarity
with good persuasion

It appears that they have just arrived in Iconium and they spoke in such a way that both Jews and Greeks believed. I assume that these Greeks were already attending the synagogue.

they must have used the Old Testament clearly. They must have been exciting and knowledge. It must have been clear and with logic or they would have rejected them.
