I found this interesting quote in the Reader's Digest. I think it about sums up how twisted our society has become and perfectly illustrates the truth.
"No one knows better than humorist Tom Lehrer just how much things have changed over the years. 'In my youth, there were certain words you couldn't say in front of a girl; now you can say them, but you can't say girl.'"
How about a society that kills human babies and saves baby whales and seals. How about a society that lets a woman who kills her husband with a shotgun blast to the back out in less than 3 years and someone else gets drunk and spends more time in jail.
